The Advisor Brief — last updated July 2026
What we collect. When a firm subscribes we collect the firm's name, the purchaser's email address, and billing details (handled by Stripe — card numbers never touch our servers). Firms add the email addresses of the advisors who receive the brief. We keep records of which editions were delivered to which addresses so no one is emailed twice.
How we use it. To deliver the daily brief, operate the firm portal and billing, and send service emails (welcome, password reset, billing notices). We do not sell or rent any personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it. Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database and file hosting), and Render (application hosting) process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Cookies. The app uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in to the firm portal. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Your choices. Every brief includes a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribed or bounced addresses are suppressed from future sends. Firms can remove advisor addresses in the portal at any time. To request deletion of your data, contact us and we will remove it within 30 days, subject to records we must retain for billing and legal compliance.
Changes. If this policy changes materially, we will note the new date here.
